All orders normally ship within 24 hours. We currently ship UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground. Online orders can only ship to the contiguous 48 states. For all other destinations and special requests, please contact us.
Return Authorization Requests
Defective Parts Returns
- These returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Phone or fax requests should be addressed to our RMA department who will promptly fax you a Request for Return Authorization form. Phone 952.249.6808 and ask for an RMA.
- Upon receipt of an RMA number from Used Servers you will have an additional 20 days to return the part. Any RMA parts not returned within the 20 day window will be subject to an upcharge equal to the price of the original part order.
- All defective returns will be tested upon receipt. Claimed DOA parts that are tested in good working condition upon receipt will be considered a GMR (Good Material Return) and will be handled per Good Parts Return procedure listed below.
Good Parts Returns
Parts ordered that are not needed by our customer are classified "good part returns". The following procedures are instated:
- These returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Phone or fax requests should be addressed to our RMA department who will promptly fax you a Request for Return Authorization form. Phone 952.249.6808 and ask for an RMA.
- Upon receipt of an RMA number from Used Servers you will have an additional 20 days to return the part. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all parts that are returned good, unused.
