Return Policy:


All Return Requests must be submitted within 10 days of product receipt. All Returns Require a Valid RMA Number. Returns without a valid RMA will not be processed.


RMA requests:

Please call customer service or request an RMA via email. The RMA number must accompany all return shipments; any shipment received without an accompanying RMA number will not be processed.



Defective Items: at its discretion will either a) Replace the defective item b) Refund the purchase price less any shipping cost


Non-defective returns:


Items found to be non-defective are subject to a $20 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.


Return shipping costs are customer responsibility.
